We would love for your loved one to become a member of our Home 2 Home Residential Care family! We offer a single-family home with 3 private bedrooms and common areas on one level; residents will not have to navigate stairs. Each day, residents can take a look at our menu board in the kitchen to see what healthy meals and snacks are planned for that day. We offer an engaging environment for residents with activities: games, cooking, field trips/outings. Purpose builds confidence and truly makes a resident feel engaged and part of the family. All of our residents are allowed to participate in household activities such as laundry folding and meal prep, to the level they'd like to be involved. We encourage our residents to be as independent as they'd like to be. Our home is for ambulatory seniors. We offer assistance with all ADLs. Our caregivers have over 20 years of experience. Our backyard offers lots of green space and foliage. Residents can enjoy the rose garden and birdwatching. From our front porch, residents can enjoy the quiet, friendly neighborhood where our neighbors walk their dogs or go for a morning run.
