Sylvan Crossings Of Jefferson has wonderful, caring, friendly staff who are dedicated to makes their residents stay with them feel like they are home.

Sylvan Crossings is excellent. Staff are very caring/compassionate and many have been there for a number of years(unlike other places where staff come and go quite often). That says something. The community is well run and takes into consideration the unique needs of each resident, catering care to fit. The activity leader is always looking for new and exciting activities for residents and the staff go above and beyond with many coming on their off time to bring a special treat for a resident or meet with them when they need additional support. Everyone is always pleasant and welcoming.

Cozy home atmosphere. private rooms with bathroom like their own little apartment. staff friendly and helpful. one on one attention from staff. able to assist with care questions and willing to help.

My sister loves being in Sylvan Crossings at Jefferson. The staff there is super, and they have really nice staff. She also loves the meals and loves that they have game times. She's really happy there. They are very helpful, and anything she needs is right there. We are very pleased with the staff members. If you have any questions you can just call or stop by. They're really great. She's got a pretty good-sized room, she has her own bathroom, a big closet, and two windows in her room. It's really nice and clean, they cleaned everything, and got everything in the bathroom setup before she moved in. She gets three meals a day, snacks twice a day, and she wears a life alert so if she wants a cup of coffee later they bring it to her. Next weekend they have Elvis Presley impersonators coming there to entertain them. The living room has a piano for anyone there who plays. They have a dining room you can use if your family members want to come and have a birthday party for you, they have a little refrigerator in there, and a coffee machine. They have sitting areas out on the front porch, and umbrellas in the yard if they want to sit out there. They do their laundry every Friday, they pick it up from her room, wash and dry it, and bring it back.

My grandpa was at Sylvan Crossings for 2 ½ years. That's our hometown. We were there every day. They attend well to the patients. The people are good to all the people. They basically protect them. For somebody with Alzheimer's, they have alarm system and all that. They have 2 dining rooms. They are connected to each other and the kitchen is right there. The staff is there with the people when they're eating. Well balanced diets. They do family picnics. They do bingo. They have people come in with animals like dogs. People brought pets in for everybody to see. Sylvan Crossings, I think, is the best in Jefferson.
