My mother-in-law moved into Capitol Hill Senior. The price is economical for her. It's laid out really nicely. It's one of the few places that we looked at where the residents were out and about. They are very friendly and approachable. It's all independent, so they bring their own food, and they have their own groceries and everything. They have a social get-together, a craft room, a workout room, and a chapel. I think the only complaint I would have is that one of the residents ran into their garage for their underground parking, and it hasn't been replaced in a couple of weeks. So it's a little unsettling to see that there is open access to the apartment complex for anyone who is not a resident.
