I toured Sun Valley East, and the room they had was very small. The bathroom was across the complex. They only provided a continental breakfast. If you wanted lunch and dinner, that had to be extra. There was only one staff member on duty when we went to view. I don't know if there were other staff members. It was a nice, clean place. It was just that the exterior construction was already peeling, but not so much on the interior.
