Arbor Ridge is in a very nice location and quiet neighborhood. The 2-level apartments are very clean. They have a community area where you can go cook if you want. It's a place where I'd like to go and live myself. During my visit, I wanted to talk to somebody there. But the only ones that I got to talk to where the residents, because the staff wouldn't even come out of the office. The residents love it there and wouldn't live any place else.

I recently went on a tour of this facility, the staff are friendly and upbeat everyone appears helpful however, the administrator does not seem to care too much about the residents and even walked by with out acknowledging them. She did not appear very knowledgeable about the medical field, she wasn't very polite and she rushed through the tour.

Very friendly atmosphere, clean, bright, tranquil setting. Caregivers are kind and helpful. Food is good.
