I have a family member staying at this facility. Living in another state makes contact intermittent but I call a few times a week. I am not able to get through often as there is only one resident line and it is kept by the residents, some of whom dont have clear mental faculties. This could be forgivable if there weren't these other issues. My family member does not get a shower more than 1 time every 2 weeks. they do not keep contact with the Dr's assigned to the people there. The physical therapy is available but the people working here dont really push the patients to participate. Very limited resources like internet and phone privileges. At over $9000 per month you would expect a decent level of care. Most of the people here seem to be just there for the paycheck and sadly I expect it is not much for those who interact with the patients. We are currently trying to move our family member to better facility closer to other family members. My suggestion to others is DO YOUR RESEARCH. See the place, talk to workers, talk to families of those staying at the place. Good luck.
