My brother moved into Canterbury Gardens. The staff is very kind, attentive, and responsive to my questions and needs, so I don't have any problems. The layout seems very nice, it's very comfortable, but I really haven't been through the whole thing. I've just kind of been up and down the hallways and the entryways. It seems effective. They have a layout where the more advanced dementia patients are in an area of their own, so the people of the same level are together. I think that's probably a good thing for the residents. The facility is very clean, very lovely, and very comfortable. I got information about their activities, and I think that's a highlight for my brother. The activity director is wonderful. It's expensive, but I guess it is what it is. It is twenty-four-hour care, and it is memory care, so it is kind of intense.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your positive review with us and trusting us with the care of your brother! At Canterbury Gardens, one of our Core Values is that 'we overmanage the details' because we believe they do make significant differences for the well-being of our residents. We are so glad to hear that you noticed those details.
Our goal is not only to meet your standards but to exceed them, and we are constantly striving to incorporate new feedback to raise the bar in senior living continually. Thank you again! ? Julie Medack, Executive Director
