Heritage Inn Charlottesville has been great. My parents got a very nice room. It is spacious, clean, very well-kept, and accessible. I saw the meals mom was served, and it looked really good. They play bingo. They take them out every now and then to a certain place or shopping mall. They have physical therapy and occupational therapy. They also have a few other things. Everything is well maintained. They do upgrades to the building all the time, and it's a very nice, very nice place.

The Heritage Inn was really close to our house, and the staff was very helpful, nice, and had a lot of information. He talked about the programs and freely showed us the facility, but I thought the rooms were of lower quality than the other facility. They have a little more age on them and weren’t as updated. They had a dining room -- one room that was setup as you think a traditional dining room with tables and chairs. I do not think the food was prepared, it was more of a traditional dining room, and it was nice. They gave me a list of activities, and I thought it was a fairly decent one. They had a pool.
