This company is really good the clients are safe and well taking care of.. They always eat never starve the staff are very caring and NEVER TOOO MOODY I go there every other week and get good service!!! And they never never take a hour smoke break!! Thank u

Very personable staff who clearly care about the residents. Additionally, they not only have an understanding of the mental illnesses their residents have, but also their medications and challenges they face. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Building is quite old and somewhat run down. Double rooms are pretty small, but commons areas are spacious with comfortable seating.

The area is definitely not conducive to good feelings. As for safety in the area, it is below average and it's not hard to see why. Even if the area of this facility's location wasn't an issue, that staff is definitely no up to snuff. By far though, the biggest concern is the residents themselves. When I visited, several of the residents were smoking which cannot be healthy and the staff were either to afraid or too ambivalent to do anything about it one way or another. When I walked past a few of these residents smoking, one of the men said some not very nice things to me. I don't know if this denotes a deficiency of care on the staffs part or some sort of problem with the residents, but it could definitely use some work one way or another.

Ive worked with this facility and admitted several of my clients here until I discovered the un professionalism that I had recieved from the administration. Ive witnessed theft of residents personal belonging such as money, and cigarettes. The cleaniness of the building is horrible, smells of urine and mildew! Ive had many of my clients tell me about the gossip that is within this facility through the staff such as drug use, alcoholism. The staff here are very moody, and often shrubs you off to have an hour ciggarette break.
