Though I have not yet had an opportunity to visit the facility due to Covid restrictions and distance, I expect to do so within the next month or so now. I have POA for a resident there and am most impressed with the communications I receive from the staff during care plan and other routine calls associated with his activities there.

Beware. This place in neglectful of residents. They left my grandmother in a soaking wet urine bed all day, refuse to put her ear plugs in for showers (dr. Instructed this), leaves her in a wheelchair for hours even with her requesting to be put in bed. Send your family member anywhere but here!

This place does not care about their Patients. My ML has been injured several times at this place,with the last injury being very sever. No one takes responsiblity for their actions there. Beware of this place

My mother is doing rehab at St. Anthony's Care Center. They're great and the staff is very friendly. Everybody cares about what they're doing. They care about the patients, they're on target with everything they do, and they're on time with their care plans. Everybody's ready to give their reports. They're always on point with everything that my mom is scheduled for. Her room has plenty of space, and it meets her needs. The dining area is beautiful. They have exercises, arts and crafts, and Bingo.
