The apartments are old, needs painting and carpet are old. Nothing is ever done to apartments for improvement. We had rats for awhile, until management finally took care of the problem. Some residents receive better treatment than others. Rent is cheap, the old saying is true we get what we pay for. Low rent, average apartments. Not a bad place to live, if you stay away from the office and don't care about the paint and old smelly carpets. Office staff are rude and uncaring but like I said it's cheap
