From my initial information-gathering phone call with Sean, I felt that he and Anne understood where I was coming from and what I wanted and needed for my mother's care. They were willing to work with me when I occasionally needed to change the schedule and did whatever they could to accommodate the request. I felt safe leaving my mother in the caregiver's care as I went to work and they followed whatever instructions/requests that I left for them. They would provide notes of the day's activities in a notebook that I had there for them. I can't say enough positive things about Redbud.
