My mother likes the person that Corridor Caregivers sends out to her. She’s always on time. She’s willing to do anything to help my mother. Even when her time is up, she always wants to make sure my mother is okay first before she leaves. The scheduling and billing are great. They call to inform us of any change in schedule and keep us posted on everything. We use them once a week. They’re very good. I’ve recommended the agency to several people with the same needs as ours.

We found Corridor Caregivers on the internet. When talking to Amy she came to our house and she walked us through all the information that she provide. She also spoke to my husband who was going to be the person that they will be caring for. One of the things I like from them was the follow-up. When she sent out the first caregiver and she was there for the initial ride. There was always very good follow up and as far as information, they were very clear on the information that she provided. The caregivers that we had have been excellent and this last one was probably the best.

My mother had to go back to the hospital, and needed a physical therapist. That was covered under medicare. Amy came to my mother's house and she was very professional. She gave us details of everything that would happen including costs. She told us about the services her company covers. She also left us paperworks to read on. We used them two or three months. I was very satisfied with their service. I was very comfortable in choosing her company to provide care for my mother. She sent the same person all through out. Amy mentioned that if there's any issue with the caregiver, she could replace her. The caregiver was also very professional and courteous. My mother got along with her very well. She would just come in and do what she needed to do. She was very caring.

A friend from church told me that caregivers from Corridors were caring for their mother and she highly recommended them. I checked out their website and set up an appointment. They took care of my mother after her surgery. Initially, they came everyday, Mondays to Fridays, while I was working. They fixed food for my mother to eat and stayed with her. When my mother's health began to progress, we dropped down to three times a week. My mother was very comfortable with the caregivers. They were always punctual. They were very appropriate and provided wonderful care. They were thorough with everything they do. My mom is very pleased with them. Someone from management came and checked on us for a couple of times. She was always very professional and caring for my mother. She knew her staff. She answered all my questions and even gave suggestions about some other things that caregivers could do.

We had a neighbor who told us about Corridor Caregivers. During that time, my wife had been in a wheelchair so I needed somebody to help out. I contacted them and hired their service. They were very helpful in meeting every need that we were asking for. When we needed something, they were there to help us out. If I was not around, they were there to take my wife to the doctor. They were assisting and helping with meals and cleaning. Their caregivers were very responsible. The management was very responsive. They answered me promptly whenever I had questions. They discussed everything with me in regards to billing.
