Rob was able to arrange very competent and caring nurses and caregivers both at a care facility and then at home to supplement hospice services. We've used Assisting Hands for almost a year. Both my daughter and my wife have had medical challenges over the last year and the professionals provided by Rob and Tammy have been there for me along the way. Whether for transportation to doctor and therapy appointments or light housekeeping around the house, the caretakers have always been courteous and helpful, with a can-do attitude. Even last minute schedule changes have been accommodated without problem. I appreciate their willingness to switch out caretakers when things aren't clicking or shuffle schedules to keep the same caretaker involved. We have used Assisting Hands Home Care for over a year and have been very satisfied with the services they provide. Mr. Guerra worked with us to find an excellent caregiver who fit our needs extremely well. We needed someone to assist my father in his recovery from back surgery and his ongoing physical therapy requirements for Parkinson's disease. Our current caregiver has experience with massage therapy, exercise training, and nutrition as well as patient assistance at a local hospital. He provides excellent care for us and we highly recommend this service.
