For the 7.5 hours of care I receive, I am happy. The team and administration is always friendly and nice, always available by phone. My lady always arrives on time I only wish she made a better hourly wage.

Med team has lied to my neighbor and my neighbors caregiver is not reliable She shows up one day and doesn’t show up the next day Med team won’t send anyone to replace her

Had to remove my mom from their services due to the lack of providers. When i called the office to speak with the branch manager i was not able to speak or leave her a message. Also had issues when we did have a provider due to calling her hours in. She (provider) expressed to us that they were not properly trained on this and her checks we never right.

I want to say thank you for the sympathy card. Yall have sent some great providers, and some not so great. . Problems I have with Med Team, after asking nicely, please call me or my siblings, if you would be short handed, so we could make other arrangements for our mother. Never got a call, When I called to complain . Only thing was said, we called your mother. Question : How are you going to call a elderly person and tell them this,if they can't even remember? ? Please pay more attention to the clients and their families, when questions are ask. Again thank you for sending the last provider that was there. Maria Rodriguez

The one we have -- Terry -- from Med Team is great. They are having staffing problems like everybody else. I had to quit my job and took over because they couldn't find somebody else. Terry gets along great with my wife; they are friends. She is very attentive. We have been using them since my wife's accident 2 ½ years ago. They have been good. It is just that they had a lot of turnover in staff and everything else. Their people don't want to drive out to where I live to take care of my wife. Otherwise, we are happy.

We employed the services of Med Team Inc for my mom. I was not satisfied with them. It took them almost 3 months to find someone for us. There were good workers as well as bad ones. The latest caregiver was compassionate, had initiative and helpful. I would suggest they improve their retention of workers.
