I used Caring Senior Service of New Braunfels for my father before, and I'm using them for my mom right now. They're five-star, they're just excellent. They are consistent with their caregiving staff so they have the same person show up, and she does show up, which is important. They're credible and I have confidence in them. The integrity of their caregiving staff is the best I've ever experienced. They have assisted with filing insurance for the long-term care policy that my mom has too. Their documentation is submitted properly and timely, and their follow-through and responsiveness are excellent. The services they provide us are non-medical so they provide transportation, psychosocial support, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, blood pressure, and some assistance depending on my mom's condition. Early on, she was needing encouragement to exercise so they make sure that she goes out, but not by herself. They provide standby assistance with bathing, and making sure oral hygiene is complete. It's non-medical home care, and specifically, they have been very good about supporting my mother who lives with dementia.
