My parents have been receiving care from Golden Heart for over a year now. We have had the same caregiver who is wonderful. The owner Libby, who is a nurse, visits often checking on my parents health and caregiver. The care manager Abbie visits regularly as well to update the care plan or check on the caregiver's duties if we need a change. I would highly recommend Golden Heart, as they provide reliable staff who are not allowed to use their cell phones while with our parents, but engage with them and make their life enjoyable! We can relax and know are parents are well taken care of and can even travel now. Very trustworthy company and they always are available via phone.

I have been extremely happy with the care that Libby has provided to my mom. She is very knowledgeable in all areas of care. My mom has told me she feels very comfortable with all of the Golden Heart care givers. My personal interactions with Libby have been pleasant as well. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for high quality care with a friendly and caring atmosphere.

Our family has had many caregiving companies here in Austin. GOLDEN HEART has been a blessing! Our mother was assessed by the owner Libby who is a nurse, then provided us with an experienced caregiver who has years of experience. The caregiver engages with our mom, takes her to lunch, for walks, plays games, and cooks her favorite meals. GOLDEN HEART has a policy that the caregivers are not allowed to use their cell phone unless for an emergency. Or sit and watch tv all day. All other agencies we have worked with send over someone who English is their second language and just sit and babysit. Libby the owner communicates with our moms physician and we have a care manager who visits every few weeks to check on care! If you care for your mom or dad I highly recommend GOLDEN HEART SENIOR CARE!

I have been receiving care for my parents for a year now. Libby and Simon are very helpful and provide a wonderful staff that is very helpful and reliable. The service is excellent ! I would strongly recommend hiring Golden Heart.
