This has got ro be one of the worst facilities in San Antonio. The turnover of Department Heads is just as bad as the direct care staff. The Behavior unit houses over 1/2 of the entire census and they wander around half dressed and smellubg of urine and feces. They have a "critter" problem yhat is way out of control and the poor patientsare scratching constantly. There are some good nurses but they are overworked to thw point, it shows on their faces. PLEASE find another facility for uour loved ones!!! I did.
