I went here. That place is really nice. They have everything you can ask for in an upscale facility, from rehab to nursing, doctors' treatment, and everything. The rooms look like really nice apartments, so it just looks like a very, very upscale, and nice apartment complex. I saw the kitchen and then they showed me one of the rooms that they use for display, and then that was just pretty much in the lobby. The only reason I didn't like it for my grandmother is just because of the specific need that my grandmother needs. They house there like 90, 95 beds. So they have staff, rotating staff, and they have all of that. So, it's a pretty big place, so I feel if you want something a little bit more personal, the other facility would be better. It was really nice. I would have loved to send her there, but because of her situation and needs I feel it wasn't a good fit for her.

I toured Juniper Village at Lincoln Heights. What I liked most was that its location was central. They had a great sunroom. They offered a shuttle service to your doctor or having the doctor come in. They had excursions, shopping, and visits to various places. They had an activities room and they had an onsite exercise room. There was a beauty salon there, and there was an outdoor area for people to do a little gardening. The facility was just a little dark, it needed more light.

I was able to tour Juniper Village at Lincoln Heights. They were very nice. It was a very nice and very welcoming environment. It was clean. Everything appeared in order, so that was good. They have a rehab area and a nice gathering area where they were making flowers, so that's very nice. The staff I met were very nice and friendly. The facilities were very good.

My wife was in Juniper Village at Lincoln Heights. We're quite pleased with them, the funding was made by Medicare, and after three weeks, she improved enough to go home. We were pleased with their care. It seems to be well-staffed, and the staff seems to know what they're doing. They keep the place clean, and the physical facilities are nice. She's in a 2-bed unit, fortunately, when we were there, there was no roommate, so that made it nicer. The room has a TV, and three meals a day are included. I visited my wife every day, and lots of times, they gave me food. It was good. It's maintained in a good, clean condition, and it's a very nice physical facility, with areas to go outside and enjoy the sunshine. There's a Methodist church next door, and they have programs to bring preschool, or young kids in to sing. It seemed like a very effective way of entertaining people there in Juniper.

I got to tour the Juniper Village at Lincoln Heights. It was an open area with enough room. They had the designated memory care on one side and assisted living kind of blended together. There were some courtyards, the place was clean, and the people were friendly. The administration was nice and informative. The room I saw was clean, it has fresh paint and the carpet seems to be in good shape. They provide activities for the residents throughout the day.
