My mom stayed at The Village at Incarnate Word before she passed away. She stayed there for rehab. The layout was fine. It was clean. It didn't seem too crowded. It was late at night when we first got here. So it was really quiet, but everybody was waiting for us. So we found it to be welcoming even at that time of night. The staff was very attentive. They were informative. It was our first time going through that. So they kind of told us what to expect, how it would play out and they were helpful and reassuring all at the same time. The dining area was very comfortable, very clean, and very home-like. The meal selections seemed fine.
