Crestview Nursing Home

I am currently a patient in Crestview. Been here a month. Physical threapy rates 5 star: RN'S a 4 star: Techs a 2 to 3 star depending on the person and the shift. My room is cleaned everyday. I have friends that come in here and not one says it is anything but clean: have a new manager 4 star: food 1 star, it is bad, but one meal a day would be something you could eat. Some great delivery places close: I have severe pain and need drugs at my room every 4 hours. That is a hard schedule to meet at any location give that a 3 star: the one reviewer doesn't know what she is talking about. This is the third location I have been in Nashville. From the part of town to what would be the not so good a part. All things considered, most of the people here do the best they can with all the stress that comes with this kind of work

Crestview is definitely not a facility that I would recommend to others. While visiting I saw dirty floors that looked like urine that had dried on them, the bathrooms were totally out of toilet paper and had a terrible smell in them, and I never saw a nurse stop to wash her hands at any time. I also noticed that in each patient room I visited, they had dirty sheets and /or blankets on their bed.
