I visited Belcourt Terrace on behalf on my uncle. My uncle and I was very pleased with Belcourt. We found it to be very clean and professionally ran. The employees were very friendly and eager to assist us. The residents were also very nice and friendly. My uncle was impressed by the many activities that was going on at the home. I rank Belcourt a 5 star business.

My mother was a resident of Belcourt Terrace for over 5 years before her passing in Nov., 2014. The last week of her life was spent in hospice at Belcourt with care provided in-house by their well trained staff. Her every need was met with exceptional medical care, dignity and compassion. I was even provided a bed and meals as I stayed with my mother 24/7 for over 5 days! The facility is very basic but the care by all of the staff which includes the cooks, techs, activity director and most importantly, the administrator, are the best. They all deeply care about each resident and know them by name as well as the resident's family members. The 'open door' policy is welcomed as any concerns are heard and acted upon.

My Father will go to Belcourt tomorrow. My sister, husband and I visited other facilities and chose this one over the others. The staff is friendly and the administrator is second to none. She is very hands on with the staff and more with the residents. She knows them by name and is familiar with their needs. She and the staff are very attentive and friendly. The facility is an older building, but very clean and nice. I have no doubt our Father will receive the best loving care possible.

This nursing home is not a fancy home by any means. It is very basic and doesn't provide a great deal of extras. What this nursing home has above others is a staff who is friendly and provides great care for their patients. Even the kitchen staff knows the patients by name. They have a wonderful activity coordinator who goes above and beyond for the elderly in her care. They do bingo, music, have parties and sing alongs. It definitely lightens the mood in the building. The administrators seem very attentive and the patients have never complained about lack of care or attention and they aren't shy about speaking their minds. I really can't say enough about this place. As I mentioned, it is not the fanciest nursing home I've been to but it's certainly one of the most caring.
