The thing I like most about Parkview Maryville is how competent, courteous, friendly, and nice the workers are here. They give us breakfast and dinner seven days a week. You can buy lunch for $6. They clean our room once a week and wash our sheets and towels. We're responsible for our personal laundry unless you want to pay them to do it, but we do everything else. There's no assisted living here. We have a very nice beauty and barbershop with two ladies working. We have exercise classes, a fitness room, and a theater where they show movies and bring in people to do concerts. We have lots of activities from our activity director. They take us on trips, to the grocery store, to doctor's appointments, and to get our nails done. There is card playing. There are plenty of activities, making things, fun shows, and games. It's a beautiful facility.

My friend is at Parkview Maryville. The staff is excellent, very courteous, professional, and compassionate from what I have observed. We had lunch there, and the food was so good. The facility itself is very clean, bright, cheerful, and convenient. They have a bus that takes their occupants where they need to go. They have a guest room that the residents can rent. They have another big room that can also be reserved for family entertainment. They each have a balcony and a deck on the bottom floor. They have an elevator, game rooms, and two libraries. It's just an excellent place. Once a week they offer to vacuum. They provide two meals a day. They don't have nurses per se.

My Mother was one of the first residents at Parkview Maryville when it opened. The design, layout and furnishings in the common space are like a 5 star hotel. She lived there for over 6 years and it was a wonderful experience for her. She was very happy there. The Staff was amazing! They all went out of their way to make sure they knew each resident and made them feel at home. We visited often and we were always made to feel like family. Maryville is lucky to have such a nice Independent Living facility.

My sister lived at Parkview for approximately five years. During her stay she always called it her home. She loved the other residents and Parkview staff. Friendships were made that lasted until her death at another facility in February 2023. Parkview staff was always available to do needed technology and to take her to her many doctor appointments. Hanna was especially helpful during her stay. Even when my sister was at another facility or at the hospital Parkview staff and residents came to visit and encourage her. My family will always have a special affection and gratefulness for the people of Parkview.

I like that the rooms here at Parkview Maryville are bigger. I got a living room, a bedroom, a closet, a bathroom with a shower, and all my furniture fits in here beautifully. The staff here are the same people back when I came in six years ago. Some of the other facilities I've looked at were more expensive, and you don't get your food, but when you pay your fee to stay here, they already include your food. They give you your menu and you pick out what you want for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We've got a chef here and they serve you meals that you would cook just at home. We have an activity lady that lets us do everything, like exercise, classes or tea parties. They actually took us last week to Townsend on the bus, and we rode around in the mountains and then they brought us back home. What's nice here is you can either do it or not do it. They don't make you go to all those things. The upkeep is tremendous. Every time somebody moves out of a room, they paint it again and put new carpet down. It's like a new room again. If you want another color to your room, you can buy your paint and they'll come and paint it for you. I have a little poodle and everybody loves my little poodle.

I visited Parkview Senior Living - Maryville. It's very nice and very pretty. The staff was very nice and friendly. The room they showed me was nice, it was like a living room with a kitchenette in it, a bedroom, and a bathroom. It's like a small apartment. They feed them and they showed me some of the menus that they had. The upkeep and maintenance were excellent. They had a lot of different things, they had a library, card games, they had a pool table, a movie theater and they had a place for a beautician. There's pretty much everything that you need and the dining area was pretty.

My father moved into Parkview Maryville, and it's an excellent facility. It's very clean, the staff is extremely friendly, and helpful. The residents are very helpful, very nice, friendly, and outgoing. They have a few different rooms, but he is in a studio. They have a 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom unit. They have a balcony, and they have patios. They have bingo, they just had a race day, they play all different kinds of games, and there's cards. They have a movie theater. They have a pub with a pool room. They do a lot of activities with the residents, and they go to shopping trips. He hasn't done any activities yet because he just got there

My favorite is Parkview Senior Living because it's clean and they take care of everything for you. They provide two meals a day plus they have a theater and lots of extra things. I have seen their one-bedroom, but I'm waiting for a two-bedroom to open up. They have a lot of things going on there, they have a lot of activities, and it's just a wonderful place. It just sounded like a very good place, they seemed to take care of their residents, and it was very clean.

My experience with Parkview Senior Living has been outstanding. It's really good. They offer breakfast and dinner. They have somebody come in once a week and clean up the apartment, do the sheets and the towels. If you're not feeling well, they'll bring your meal up to you. Dinner is served in their dining room on a plate at a table with other guests. The food is good. It's a retirement community, so it's all independent living. My sister was the one who visited the facility and she recommended it based on her visit. She recommended it because of what she saw and also because of the price. It was the most economical.
