I would not suggest sending your loved one here, especially if you'd like them to have warm, nutritious meals. The meats are almost always hard as a rock and greasy. And the food is cold more times than not. My relative, on occasion, hasn't even received a meal. A tech or nurse would then have to go find something for her in the kitchen. Save your loved one AND yourself the frustration, and avoid Creekside at all costs.

My mother was in rehab at Creekside Health & Rehabilitation Center. They were good. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Her room was very adequate. She's in a single room. The facility was neat and clean. Everything in the rehab part of it was really up to par because she has improved tremendously. The food was good. She was on a soft diet because she does not have all her teeth and she was pleased with the food. They had some activities. I know she did the bingo and all that kind of stuff.

This facility is horrible staff is over worked the hallway smell like urine patient lights going off longer the an hour. Staff don’t have the proper supplies to care for patients. My family member was here for hospice care and all our family members couldn’t come to see her in her last hours of her life. The was supposed to have a unit for hospice and didn’t she was on a regular hall with other patients. Employees doing hair at the nursing station. This has been an horrible experience. Out of 12-24 hours you only see your nurse or tech maybe twice. Had to go get them to clean my family member up and turned. Nurses computers left up and unlock in hallway where you can see all the patients information. I would not recommend anyone to the facility!!

Creekside is clean, and the people have wonderful personalities. We just got here, but so far seems on par. We haven’t met the therapy people yet, but they are here seven days a week. The staff is very polite, courteous, helpful, and pleasant. They made us feel welcome. They have an active activity calendar, but we just got here, so we haven't had the chance to participate.
