My mother-in-law was at the facility during covid so I have only visited through the window with her. The staff have been very good to her and have always done their best to communicate with us during this difficult situation. She was very bad off when she went there and they have worked with her and she has gotten so much better. I would recommend this facility for your loved ones. She was in the memory care unit. I would like to thank all the staff for their help and support during her time with them.

My husband went to Signature Healthcare for rehab. The staff members were very caring and loving. Their rehab was good. The room was adequate, large, and nice. The physical therapy was good. They had activities, but not for him. For the others, they had the same kind of activities. They had groups that would come in and entertain, and there were some staff members that led them in doing things.

I would never send my loved one to this facility ever again. The staff here are not very kind. It's very dark and gloomy. Patients will have to remove their own bed pan out from under them. Patients do not get fed on time I even fed at all.

Do not send anyone you love to this place. They yes you to death - change medicine on your loved one without letting you know. Bedsores turn black - disgusting. When you arrive you get the full tour - but when you leave - forget it. They did not follow doctor orders and my loved one developed sepsis and died within 4 days. They also gave her medicine she was very allergic to - stopped her medicine when she had severe eye problems - with no reason - too many problems to go on. My loved is gone - died from sepsis - do not let this happen to you.

My experience at this facility was very negative. I expected this establishment to be as nice on the inside as it was on the outside. However, my expectations were really let down. The staff at this establishment was unfriendly. They were rude and did not seem to care about the patients. The only amenity available was a small room set up for bingo. The main concern was that a few of the residents were sitting out in the hall in wheel chairs pushed up against the wall. This had me concerned a little bit because they looked frightened. However, some people were told every time that they walked out of their room to go back in. This perplexed me a great deal. This establishment is not one that I find fitting to have anyone in. This is not a nursing home that I would never like to visit again or put my loved ones in.

Signature Healthcare of Greeneville is not one of the better facilities in the area. I noticed several problems with the patients not being taken to eat breakfast when they were supposed to eat, and dishes being left in their rooms for hours. Several times there were almost no staff to be found on the floor and it seemed that the staff beind the nursing desk did not ever want to come out from behind that desk to help out at all. I also noticed that there were very few patients who did not have pressure sores in the facility. I just did not get a sense of caring from the staff here at all.
