Restore at Carolina Park

My friend is now at Restore at Carolina Park. The location is where she wanted to be closer to her son. She ended up getting a unit on the first floor. The hallways and doorways are larger than the other place. She is able to use her motorized wheelchair very well. She's able to get around on her own and get in the bathroom. She has two bathrooms that are large enough for her to maneuver by herself. The mailboxes are low enough for her to reach, and convenient because it is not far away. They have walking trails, and she can use her motorized wheelchair for that. She likes the fact that she is able to get her wheelchair in the walk-in closet. They have everything organized so she can reach everything. She also has a little yard where she can have her flowers out, and she can sit outside, so she really enjoys that. Overall, it is like being at home. The neighbors are wonderful and very helpful. They have exchanged telephone numbers, and they look after each other. She is doing her own cooking where she can reach the stove. Even from her wheelchair, she can reach everything so she can prepare her own food. The staff members are very pleasant. All the outside and all the way around is well kept. They have amenities and different things, but we haven't been able to engage in them. Compared to the things that we looked at and for her income, the value for money is very good.
