I tried numerous times to call to speak to someone. Finally got a message to call another number. When I called the new number, I was told to call the first number back. Is this any way to run a business when someone called for information???

My grandmother was in Lakewood Senior Living, and it's really nice. The people were great, it was very clean, and the staff were wonderful. It was really nice. Sometimes the medicine was a little lighter, and we had to contact the staff to make sure that that was taken care of. They had a really good crafts area, they had a lot of activities available, and the food was really good. In terms of value for the money, they're really expensive.

My mother-in-law was at Lakewood Senior Living. It's the best place. I would recommend anybody with memory issues go there because you will not find a better place. They're awesome. The staff is right there with their residents. It has a home appearance; you can tell they care.

Lakewood Senior Living is only a year old. The layout is nice. The dining room is in the center of the complex with the hallways all seeding into the center where all the activity takes place. They have worship services, Bible studies, different craft classes, and people coming in to do music and karaoke. They have a little bit of everything. They also have outings where they go out shopping or to eat. They go to farms to get apples and strawberries. The staff all seemed very friendly and willing to be helpful. My dad hasn't been there that long but they're very accommodating. The food is good.

We chose Lakewood Senior Living for Mom because it was a new facility. The environment felt like home and the staff members communicate extremely well and provide really good care.
