I toured Oaks at Aiken. It's brand new, so of course it'll present well. The lady that we talked to was very informative and gave us a lot of information to think about. The first thing was it has very open floor plans for the majority of the facility, and the rooms seem very well-appointed and efficient. The staff were just very friendly, very efficient as far as answering our questions and had been very helpful. They had an activities room. They had an arts and crafts room and a movie theater area. They had an area where you could go in and meet for Bible instruction. They share their religious interests.

Oaks at Aiken was brand new. Everybody's excited and ready to help. They just opened and everything's new and fresh. I saw the memory care and they're still getting things together, but the management was excellent. They have a salon, a theater, and a game room. They have a lot available for the folks.
