"We toured Washington Commons by Barclay House. The tour experience was good, and the community seemed good. We looked at one apartment, which was small, but the cottages were good. They seemed roomy enough, and we thought they were pretty nice. The staff member who gave the tour was very kind and informative. She took time with us and didn't try to rush us through anything, which was good. We looked at the dining area, which looked clean with no odors."

"Brandon Wilde was a very nice campus. Everything seemed to be very well cared for and upkept. The size of the rooms in the cottages was adequate. The staff was very good."

"Cumberland Village was just a very calm, serene type of neighborhood. It had apartments and houses. It had a very nice woodland setting. It was off any busy highways and roads, which was very nice. It had a swimming pool, a library, a very nice dining area, and menus that we got to see. We did get to see a model home, and it was very nice. It's like a villa, there are probably two units. Two apartments or two houses make up a unit. There's only one staff that we've interacted with. She could not have been better informed, and she was on good terms with the other people who were located there. She gave a very thorough tour."

"The Legacy at Walton Green was totally independent living and had a full kitchen. I liked it. I looked at a beautiful two-bedroom apartment. They provided community activities that you could get involved in. The staff is courteous, polite, professional, and informed. It's new, so it's perfect."

"St. John Towers is a beautiful, wonderful retirement community in the heart of downtown Augusta, Georgia. The facilities are very clean and welcoming. The staff is also helpful and friendly. When I needed directions the first time I went there, the lovely staff helped me out promptly and accurately. My grandmother vocalizes to me all of the time about the fun activities, get-togethers, and events that St. John Towers provides on a regular basis. The many residents are also always friendly to me when I go to visit with my grandmother. If someone is hesitant about staying here or about having a loved one stay here, I advise them to go visit St. John Towers, speak to the residents there and the staff there, to see and experience the facilities for themselves. I doubt that they will be disappointed, but everyone has different tastes and likes different things. Although, this is the case I doubt they will be able to find anywhere better in the area. "
