"We chose to move my father to PruittHealth - North Augusta, SC, because he's a veteran and it's closer to the VA hospital there. He shares one room with four different people. There's a curtain that divides them. The cleanliness and upkeep are good compared to where he just left. The staff is satisfactory. I'm more satisfied at this location than I was at the last one. There are activities and programs that he can partake in if he wants to. Someone would get him out of bed, put him in the wheelchair, and take him to those activities. The quality of food and the different foods that they serve each night are so much better, too."

"Georgia War Veterans is recently renovated and it's very nice. The staff is absolutely amazing and incredible. They call us if there's ever any issue, no matter how small or large. They talked to us about doing physical therapy for my dad. They're very friendly, well-trained, and attentive. They have all kinds of activities planned like birthday celebrations and watching TV. They have different things set up for them to do."

"I was at PruittHealth - Augusta Hills for rehab. It was very clean and the staff was very professional. The food was good and I have no complaints about it. The administrator and I just didn't get along well. It was a smoking facility, and he had a thing where newcomers couldn't smoke. He didn't understand that I have been in the hospital for almost four months, and that's where he and I had a problem, but other than that, I didn't have any complaints about him. They would have a specific time that they would call me to do an exercise. If I can't make it to the exercise room, they used to help me while I was in my own room and bed, because it was very difficult for me to get up and move about sometimes. I got along with everyone. It wasn't stressful doing the exercises. I enjoyed it."

"My mother is in Azalea Health and Rehabilitation Center. It's close to my home for me to visit my mother, and she likes it very well. It's not a large facility, but she gets pretty good quality care there. The facilities are fine. The staff members are very pleasant. They give the utmost care to the patients. They're very caring to them. The meals are very plentiful to meet my mother's needs and stuff. They always ask things she doesn't like, so they don't give her anything that she doesn't like. They have lots of activities. They have arts and crafts, bingo, cards, Sunday school, and bible classes and stuff like that."

"PruittHealth - Augusta was clean. The staff was on hand to greet you when you came in the door. The staff was friendly. They have a community area where older ones could meet to have dinner and things like that. I had a meal there. I don't think the food was heated up well enough. The food was good, it's just that it was kind of cold. The dining set up was fine, no issues. The lighting was adequate. The size was sufficient. Physical appearance was in good condition as far as I could see. Also, I understand that the staff check in on the residents to make sure that they're OK, and to help them with their medications as needed."

"My sister moved to PruittHealth - Creekside. The staff is excellent, and I have not had any complaints with any of them. It's an older building that's been remodeled, and they're building new branches on the backside of it. The inside is excellent, and they keep the outside very clean, too. It's just not a beautiful building like some of the current facilities. My sister says there have only been one or two things that she thought were not great, but she says the food is always very well prepared. I have been there while she was eating and saw how nicely they do the plates. The value is good. They put her on Medicaid, and that has helped tremendously."

"My mother lived in the society for a little over a year prior to passing away a little over a week ago. I found the facility to always be clean and free of any funky smells and a staff that was both caring and compassionate, and their care for my mom! Above all my mother, really loved living here and developed several friendships among residents and staff. If you have a loved one that needs re-have our permanent living, please consider Stevens Park I had my mom on a waitlist for eight months and it was well worth it. In fact, I was so impressed with the facility that I am now volunteering."

"I had been at Place at Dean’s Bridge before because my grandmother was in this facility. It was very close by, and it was a very nice and clean facility. They had very nice private rooms, and they also had duo rooms with 2 people in a room which were of a good size. There was plenty of room for accessibility for someone to get around. The food was very good. She seemed to like it there. The staff was very helpful. I like them a lot; they did really well with my grandmother. "

"This place was everything I could ask for in a place to put my mom. They went above and beyond while my mom was there for 3years. They have great staff and a clean facility. "

"My mom has been at Harrington twice for rehabilitation. The Administrative Staff, Nursing Staff, Rehab, Housekeeping, Dietary & Activity departments were very kind and professional in the care they gave to mom during her stay at their facility! The rooms very nice and clean. From admission to discharge the team kept me and my family involved every step of the way! I recommend this facility."

"My mother is in Kentwood. I think it is OK and satisfactory. They have nurses and CNAs. She has a single room with a TV, refrigerator, bathtub, and shower. The food is average. They have activities for the group. They have bingo, but my mother really doesn't participate in that. The staff is satisfactory. "

"For the most part, the staff at Westwoods are caring individuals and seemingly have sincere concern for the residents. However, their staffing levels consistently seem to be only at the minimum required level or even below because of turnover.This creates a situation where staff members are stretched causing meals to be late, residents are left in bed for days and there is a consistent stench in the air of human waste. This is a management problem."
