For the most part, the staff at Westwoods are caring individuals and seemingly have sincere concern for the residents. However, their staffing levels consistently seem to be only at the minimum required level or even below because of turnover.This creates a situation where staff members are stretched causing meals to be late, residents are left in bed for days and there is a consistent stench in the air of human waste. This is a management problem.
