At Southwestern Assisted Care Residence, a Licensed Personal Care Home, our dedicated and caring staff is ready to provide a helping hand when needed. We cater to seniors looking for a worry free and maintenance free lifestyle while offering a supportive environment when needed. Three Levels of Caring Plans Southwestern Assisted Care Residence includes assistance options with supportive services, determined by a nurse after evaluation at the time of move-in. Supportive services may include, but are not limited to, assistance with daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, assistance with mobility and medication management. Level One Provides minimal assistance with activities of daily living. Level Two Provides more hands-on support with activities of daily living. Level Three Provides the maximum level of assistance with activities of daily living. Rooms Southwestern Assisted Care Residence offers both private and semi-private rooms. Each resident room is equipped with a kitchenette with microwave and small refrigerator, a private bath with walk-in shower, emergency call system (pull-cord), and provided furniture, if necessary. Residents enjoy free cable TV and the availability of personal phone service (extra charge). We will help you arrange your furniture, hang artwork and pictures.
