My mom is staying in Fox Subacute at Mechanicsburg for rehab. The staff are not good. They're not meeting her care needs and not getting the therapy she needs. She fell out of bed one night, and they didn't come and get her right away. The cleanliness is good, but the food is terrible, and we provide all her food ourselves. She can't eat the food here. They need more consistent staff to help patients when they need it. They have some very good people and some people who don't seem to care, so it's a mix, and they change every day. Right now, she has an infection in her toe and they're saying, "We'll get you to see a doctor, but it's going to take several weeks." She has an infection, and I'm like, "It's not acceptable."
