Encompass Health Rehabilitation

My father is at Encompass Health Rehabilitation. The staff is very attentive. I don't have anything negative to say. They've been wonderful with my dad. He's doing physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy there. The room is big. He's eating their food, and he's very picky, so it must be good and he seems to enjoy it.

I was in Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Mechanicsburg for rehab. Everyone was extremely helpful, thoughtful, and courteous. They did all they could to accommodate me. It was like 3 hours a day, you had 45-minute classes, it was either two with occupational therapy, and two with physical therapy. They had great facilities to work in to take you to the gym. There was every kind of thing that you needed to do, steps, just walking around, all the other activities, like filling out your prescriptions, like little tests and games and things to do to prepare you to go home and take care of yourself. They had everything you could need. Their food was delicious. The staff was terrific. I was in a double room, so it could have two, but they were so low on people, I got to go to one. They first put me in one that had a roommate, and then that roommate couldn't stand the door being blocked. So they took me to another place and I got to be by myself until the very last night. So most of my stay was by myself.
