My sister was at Majestic Care of Toledo. The atmosphere there was very nice. It's brand new, so everything was just very pretty. My sister got good care there, and they're very friendly people. I noticed the rooms were very small, so that's a part I didn't like. They have physical therapy, and my sister also said they have a beauty shop.

This is a wonderful very caring assisted living home.The staff is friendly and helpful,Such a nice receptionist at the desk upon arriving and so helpful..It is also very clean.Highlu recommend

The people at Majestic really care for and about the residents. From the executive director, administrative staff, caregivers, activities leaders, to nursing and patient aides give their best to care for our Mother in the memory unit. She has lived here for 10 years. Majestic has invested in facility consistently. Through COVID, they maintained protocols to keep residents safe and thriving.

I am the POA of a resident.it has changed ownership while the resident has been there. The bill has not been right sence august.i call and give them time to fix it but it isn't right.

Majestic Care of Toledo is all right. The staff is very nice and very helpful. They have an activity play that comes around like crossword puzzles, dominoes, and other games. We also have a little courtyard we go out to and have a cigarette. The only problem I have with this place is the way it's run. It's understaffed. The nurses are kind of pushed to the edge. I have to wait two months to get my medications straightened out and I still haven't seen the doctor yet. The people are great. It's just the way they run the place.
