To start off, the facilities parking lot is ridiculous. There is never anywhere to park and sometimes you have to wait for hours to get a spot. The elevators (There are two) are usually jam packed with people and not always operating correctly. I have gone in this facility several times and they had one if not both of the elevators out of service. The staff is not very pleasant either. I would not put my dog in this facility. This is just my opinion, but I have never had a pleasant experience while going to this facility
