"My parents are in Fleshers Fairview Health Care. We go there every day. The size of the room is perfect. The area is beautiful. The staff is very friendly. They played bingo or something."

"My mother was diagnosed with having Epilepsy back in march she was in out of drifferent Nursing Home Rehabs. Again in August she had another seizure she was in the hospital then sent to Golden Living for rehab. When they were told she has familial mediterranean fever which is an hereditary illness past down thru generations from parent to child etc. It's not an easy illness to treat it can cause other problems as well....The nurses there took good care of my mother showed respect, compassion, caring an love.... The Therapist there stayed on top of therapy with her they took time to work with her , not push her hard.. Which I liked. The CNA's there were very good to her... There were several that we became close with. These men an women became another family to us.. On drifferent days they had church, bingo, crafts, sitting outside , Parties there was always something going on there , it kept mom busy.There is an hair dresser whom is also the activity director .Energy in Golden Living very good. It didn't feel like some places she's been into. When people ask where my mother was I tell them at the best place. Golden Living. I would high recommend them "

"I was very impressed with the care my mother received while at The Laurels of GreenTree Ridge. She has been in a few facilities over the past 5 years for rehabilitation after two knee replacements and a shoulder surgery. The rehab team at GreenTree was absolutely amazing. She was even able to go home sooner than she expected and continued therapy on an outpatient basis for her shoulder. Thank you to all of the nursing, therapy, and other staff for everything you did for Mom while she was there. Hopefully you're all still there when/if I need you!!"

"My husband stayed at CarePartners Rehabilitation Hospital. They were absolutely excellent. They have an excellent rehab facility. It's large. They have every piece of equipment that is needed for a thorough rehab. The staff was very good. The facility was well cared for. Cleanliness was excellent. They have a large fireplace room where people can visit with their families. The food was pretty good. I've been to some other things since, and they're nowhere near as good as that was."

"This nursing home is a smaller one and it was a great experience for us as a family. We did not have to worry about our family member or wonder if they were really being taken care of here. The nurses were all so sweet to all of us and if we had a question about anything, they got answers for us quickly. They have a great rehab program that do exercises with the patients that they actually enjoy. We recommend this facility to others. "

"My mom is now in rehab in Asheville, North Carolina, called Stonecreek Health and Rehabilitation, and it looks like that's where she will be long-term. It's great. I highly recommend it in every way. She has been there for three weeks now. It's very good. The staff is very attentive. It's incredibly clean. They host workshops on how to maintain a facility in a very clean manner, and it's been quite a long time since they've had any Covid cases. It's very clean and bright, it isn't depressing to go there like some of the other places I toured. So, at this point I can only say good things about it, I know we're early on, but we'll see. The services are so far very, very good. It's very conveniently located in the heart of downtown Nashville. My mom likes the food a lot better than where she was for a couple of weeks before that. They have lots of activities that they offer to people."

"My mother was here for a short time to regain her strenth after a bout with pneumonia. Everyone there took excellent care of her and she was able to get well enough to return home. All the staff was very helpfull and friendly! Special thanks to Connie B. for all her help! Food is pretty good also! LOL "

We have come to love these wonderful folks and don’t believe you could find a better place for yourself or your loved one when you need serious care. "I have been very satisfied with the care that my mom received at Brian Center Health & Rehabilitation. They have a great group of people. I was glad they were able to find a long term spot for her, because she already liked it there. When she was in rehab, she was sharing a room with someone, which was a little crowded. Now that she's moved to skilled nursing, she has her own room and it's quite sizable and it's kept very clean. The food looks good, too. They have a living room/library with games and puzzles in it, a lot of outdoor seating areas (which my mother has been fond of), and lots of opportunities for residents to gather and either play games or have book talks and things like that. So, there's stuff to do, which is nice."

"I recently placed my loved one at The Oaks at Sweeten Creek. It is a hard task to place your Dad in a facility. We tried for so long to care for him and we found it too difficult. My family were a mess the day that we had to take my Dad to live at The Oaks At Sweeten Creek. But our nerves were put to rest by the wonderful staff. The Nurses and CNA's went above and beyond to make sure that my Dad was comfortable. What some would think a small thing during the assessment of my Dad we told the Nurse that he sleeps with 3 pillows. Before the assessment was over the CNA went and brought my Dad 3 Pillows for his bed. This made my Dad smile. The staff truly care about the Patient and their needs not just the diagnosis that brings them to the facility. They work really hard, the building is clean and everyone seems happy which helps me to rest at night knowing that he will be cared for. "

"This facility is wonderful and I definitely recommend it to anyone. The staff was so friendly and even with such a large number of patients, they always greeted us by our first names every day. It meant a lot that they took the time to remember us personally. The food is actually good here, too! They took great care of our loved one and kept us all informed of any changes in health or plans. "

"What my sister, the resident, liked the best about this Universal Healthcare facility was the homey environment and delicious home-style meals. And I agree with her. Additionally, the entire complex is designed so that every resident has a beautiful nature view from his/her room. That indicates a caring overall plan, very unusual and much appreciated. The staff iscompletely professional and attentive. Personally I have witnessed excellent and truly caring attention by nurses and CNAs, all of whom were stretched thin, as is the usual. I only hope all are paid appropriately for the care they provide. My sister was there because of terminal cancer. Every measure was taken to assure her the maximum of comfort. This is an excellent facility. I witnessed this on a daily basis for several weeks, so am sure that this is the usual standard of care."

"At first I was skeptical from reports of people that worked there, but I imagine just because a person doesn't like a job doesn't mean it provides poor service. My Grandmother seemed to enjoy her stay there. The facilities were clean and she had a very nice view out of her front window. One thing I did not like was the fact that she had to share a room with somebody else, but since she was not set to be there over two weeks, this may be how they take care of temporary stays. The staff was nice, and I was impressed with the security in place to protect the residents. Locating a nurse was not a big problem as they seemed to respond quickly to the needs of my Grandmother and the needs of her guests. They even allowed her to have a small party in the waiting room for her birthday, I was very impressed with this. If she or anybody else I care about is ever in need of these types of services, I would rest at ease if they were to be placed into this facility for any length of time. "
