"My parents are residents of StoneBridge Oak Tree. The care is very good. I like the open areas. Their accommodation is very nice. They are in a 1-bedroom suite. They take an elevator to go to dinner and stuff, and they can sit outside and roam around if they want. It's very clean, too. The staff is very nice, and my dad said that they come in and talk to him now and then and spends an hour with him. My dad likes spicy stuff and everything, so he does not love dinner, but he loves breakfast. For activities, they have bingo, some music, and other activities. They also have board games and happy hour on Wednesdays. They have a beauty and barbershop. They take them to the store, too. They also have cable TV and a game room. A doctor also comes in."

"I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. Staff are kind and knowledgeable. The food is amazing. My mother was here for rehab services after a recent fall at home and enjoyed her 3 month stay. 10/10 would recommend Kingdom Care Senior Living for your loved ones. "

"After having BIG problems with another nursing home, I set out to find a place for my father where he would be cared for properly and not just drugged-up and put in the corner. I visited many facilities in the Jefferson City-Fulton area and was most favorably impressed from my first inspection of this facility until the end of Dad's life. There are so many stories I could relate of the excellent care that he received that it would be easy to fill a book. While looking at nursing homes, I tried to be very observant in trying to determine if the residents were clean, happy, well cared for, drugged-up, etc. as well as looking at the staff to see if they looked as if they looked overworked (so many looked frazzled by noon in other nursing homes) and how they were interacting with the residents. This place, while not being the newest facility I reviewed, was clean, in good repair, and the staff appeared to be taking good care of their charges. I was impressed by the menu, and remember being told how one old lady loved cheeseburgers"”so she got one for lunch every time she asked. I found a number of innovations in this facility that I didn't notice elsewhere. I told my brothers about my findings and we decided to move Dad immediately. Remembering the conditions at the former nursing home where he was a resident, after checking him in, my inspections continued. Sometimes I'd visit in the mornings, sometimes in the afternoon, late at night, and on the weekends. Not once was I disappointed. When we checked Dad in, the administrator asked about his favorite foods, clothes, what he liked to do, etc. She asked about our concerns and answered many questions and the communication remained excellent throughout his stay. There are so many things I could relate here"”and all positive. They took him outside when he wanted, brought him his favorite snacks, and cared for him like he was family. His clothes were always clean and weren't constantly becoming "lost" (stolen) like they were at the other place. He was always clean, shaved, teeth brushed, hair combed, and usually wearing his favorite hat. He told me once that "This is a pretty nice hotel." And I sincerely think he was "at home". I highly recommend Fulton Nursing and Rehab. In my opinion, what they did for my father was way beyond what my brothers or I had expected. "

"We went over Lenoir Woods, and it was pretty good. They're excellent. Everything we looked at was very nice. They've been in the business for a long time, and they seem to know what they're doing. The people seemed to be happy with it. Everything is spotless. It looks like it's brand new. They did complete the renovation in 2017, and it looked beautiful. It's close to the doctors. My daughter lives in Columbia, and my sons when they come to visit me have a place to stay. They provide provisions for visitors and everything."

"My son is staying at Columbia Manor Care Center. The location is wonderful because it's less than two miles from where I live. They've been very responsive to some of his medical needs, which has pleased me. At this point, the biggest problem is that the people who are there, on the whole, are considerably older than he is and considerably more limited in what they can do. So, he doesn't have much of a social life because there are so few people who are still sharp enough that they can visit with him and form friendships and so on. I'm hoping in time that will change. It is clean and nicely kept. I remember years ago, reading about evaluating when you visit nursing homes, they said the first thing you should do when you walk in is, notice the smell, the odor; and it is very pleasant. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and responsive to Brian's needs. It's clean and the folks are friendly. It's pretty plain, but I'd much rather have it plain and clean, than fancy and not well-kept."

"My grandma was in this place and they took very good care of her and treated her like she was their own family. Through the trying times of Covid the staff are still the same. I cannot express the level of care and professionalism they showed us. "

"My friend was at The Bluffs and then she passed away there. She was just in this place because she couldn't live on her own anymore, and so she lived there. It was very attractive. It was really very beautiful on the outside, and really attractive on the inside. In the main area, it was very homey. The private rooms were more hospital-like, so people could bring their own things to make the room personal. I didn't have a lot of interaction with the staff, except when I checked in they were very friendly, and helpful, and when looking for her room, I got lost, and they were very helpful. The condition of the place was very nice. It's newer so it was in very good shape. Cleanliness was very good. They had a recreation room with some fish tanks. They had a piano in the lobby area."

"Thank you for everything you did for my mom and family. Especially Sirheta, who worked non-stop to make a very difficult time manageable for us. She helped us navigate a system and challenges we were not prepared for. Simple things like getting coordinating WiFi, responding to transportation needs, but also complex things like finding a different style of wheelchair, switching rooms and helping us manage through staffing shortfalls. We were incredibly impressed with her ability to admit my mom on July 4th weekend with only 3 hours notice. This told us we were in the right place. Over 45 different care givers worked with our family during our 106 day stay. The facility has some fantastic talent - people who are both competent and compassionate: JJ, G, Nanique, & Bridget. We felt lucky to have them at our side."

"I'm in Columbia Post Acute right now recovering from a fall that I had. The therapy is really good. I have occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy, and they do a really good job here. It's very nice. All the aides and nurses are very good, too. The food is very good; however, it depends on where you are in the hall. Right now, I'm at the end of the hall, so my food is not hot when I get it, but they do the best they can. There are so many people they got here. It just takes a while to get the food delivered to everybody. It's all good food and you can pick out what you want to eat. They are cleaning the facilities all the time. They're going to start activities this week. They haven't had it for a few weeks but that could be because of Covid in here. That's all cleared now, so they're going to start activities tomorrow. We have painted some rocks and I play cards. There are a couple of aides who know how to play cards, and so I play that with them. There are different things that they do. They have very good activities. Medicare is paying for me, so I don't know how much it is right now."

"This is a lovely facility. The rooms are very nice and cheery. The facility has a homey feeling to it. However, the care level is not what it should be. There are not enough staff/aides for the number of residents there. It also appears that the staff is not motivated. Delivery of services is quite disorganized and many mistakes are being made. Many services are not delivered as promised. As in any facility, there are some staff members that are outstanding, and others who can't be bothered to do their job. Cleaning is somewhat haphazard in many areas. The quality of the food fluctuates, from good to adequate to poor. Overall, this may be a good place for someone who is quite independent and doesn't need a lot of attention. For those that need more assistance, the care is uneven. "

"I would recommend Maries Manor to anybody. It's beautiful. The room is a little small, but we have two people in here and I get along really well with my new roommate. The staff has been wonderful. I can't complain about the staff. I can't complain about the residents. It's just perfect. They offer many things. They do Coffee and Chronicles, which is a daily newspaper about different people in history, and they do bingo, painting, and all kinds of different things. The food is s wonderful. The dining room is a little slow and they're a little behind sometimes, but that's OK. It's to be expected. It's a nursing home and they are short-staffed. My needs are met. I'm very happy to be here."

"My sister was in Rusk for rehab, the atmosphere was wonderful, and they treated her with respect. The food was good, and they had activities they could participate in. Her room was shared, but it had adequate space. They had activities where people were throwing balloons, and they had an atrium where they had things going."
