Parkside Manor was a very nice and clean place. My first impressions were good ones. The people were friendly and very helpful. The facility was small, but I found it very comfortable.

The staff forgets meals, and at times is unpleasant and rude.

This place is terrible! Staff are rude, uncaring, and very unpleasant! The food is bad, the patients are mistreated, so are guests! My mother is there with end stage COPD and hyper thyroid disease! She tells me all the time how bad that place is! She's becoming more and more depressed! They forget to feed her or give her medicine! They offer her one thing then turn around and give her something else or non at all! This place needs to be under investigation or fire every single staff member there and start over! This is highly uncalled for and I will see to it so something be done about this aweful place! I've had enough

Our whole family loves Parkside Manor senior living apartments serves my sister's needs well. It relieves our family to know that she is safe at night and that she has someone available to help. The independent living apartments are well-planned, and we all love the food!
