"I had an uncle who lived in this facility and while it seemed ok at first glance, I found out that it was not. The nursing staff was constantly changing and when asked why we were told it was due to upper management. The facility was not kept as clean as it could have been and it smelled quite often of urine. There werent that many patients there so it should have been easy to care for all of them, but at times when I visited it seemed like there were people standing around chit chatting and not tending to the residents. I also didnt like that in a nursing facility that it was allowed to be smoked in. I was shocked by this considering that there were oxygen tanks everywhere in the facility. The one good thing I could say about the facility was that the food was decent enough. The billing was horrible and since they still use paper books it seemed that they never got the amounts owed quite right. I would not recommend this facility to anyone and would tell them to look at other places for consideration. "

"My brother-in-law and his wife are staying in Rolla Presbyterian Manor, and they were both very happy being there. It's a wonderful community and it's just a perfect place for them. They're helpful and great people. They have a courtyard where they can go outside and sit. It's very beautiful and it's clean. Having had other relatives there before, I became familiar with the food actually, and it's very good. My brother-in-law is very happy with it too. He said they feed them all the time."

"I would recommend Maries Manor to anybody. It's beautiful. The room is a little small, but we have two people in here and I get along really well with my new roommate. The staff has been wonderful. I can't complain about the staff. I can't complain about the residents. It's just perfect. They offer many things. They do Coffee and Chronicles, which is a daily newspaper about different people in history, and they do bingo, painting, and all kinds of different things. The food is s wonderful. The dining room is a little slow and they're a little behind sometimes, but that's OK. It's to be expected. It's a nursing home and they are short-staffed. My needs are met. I'm very happy to be here."

"My Mother mattress was so lumpy we had to fight for weeks to get her a better one, things were missing from laundry. They are making us pay a bill that it was the cause of thir employee that we had a bill. The office girl didn't know what she was doing so she filed the wrong papers when we applied for medicaid.l So now mt sister is making monthly payments, and it is their fault for hiring someone who didn't know what they are doing"

"Everybody was very professional. The halls and room was clean and didnt smell. my mom was very happy and comfortable there. the staff was helpful when needed, and very friendly too. the only complaint that we had was that there was not enough food for her to eat based on the meal plan for her, she didnt like some of the food. but when we talked to the staff about it we were able to work it out that she could get more when she needed for medical reason. the process was easy, and the exit was great as well. they welcomed her back anytime needed and she would love to go back there if needed. the facility was very close to my home and was also close to the center of the community. great people and staff were a plus, and the location was even better. the out door area was very pertty that time of year, and we were able to go outside when we were there visiting her. she also like that she could call me anytime that she needed or wanted, and that the staff would let her. great communication skills from the staff, and were great on keeping me up to date on info from doctors. i would recomend going to north cause this was one of the best experince that we had with my mom..
