"My mom is a resident of Chalet of Niles and we liked the Chalet very much. We like the staff. My mom is 89 and we have been having problems as far as her healthcare is concerned. She has the propensity of bawling and her needs have increased. But the staff, the people there, are very caring. They did really well during the pandemic. The food is good. I like the administrator, and so does my mom. It is not bad; it is actually really good. Her room is nice. It is an older facility, but they keep up on it. They just now started back up with activities. They were doing activities during the pandemic, things like hall bingo, connecting with all the residents, and they did well for being in the middle of a pandemic. Now she is able to go to the dining room, she is able to join in the activities if she wishes. She loves bingo, and so they play a lot of that. She is also the resident council president. I can't say enough about the Chalet of Niles. I think they are very professional, caring, and loving human beings."

You can tell the team members care about each other and the residents. It’s nice to feel welcomed anytime we come for a visit."

"My uncle went to Healthwin. They were wonderful. The best thing I liked about them, is they were very patient with him. My uncle is not a social person, but they were very patient. They assessed everything and let us know. They kept in great communication with us. They were amazing. The facility was very nice, very clean, and very well-kept. They had activities going on all the time. But I think for my uncle with the rehab, they tried to keep him moving and try to keep him doing what he needed to do. They were very welcoming, too. They cared about him, what was going on with him, and what the path was that we were going to be taking. They were very kind people. The rooms were beautiful. I know they have different sections, but the section that my uncle was in was very nice."

"I visited Wellbrooke of South Bend. I would say it was a very clean and safe facility. They were practicing Covid restrictions like they should be, and everyone was friendly. I saw a private room and another one (it's not called semi-private there). Even as a semi-private, there was a lot of privacy to that room. They were good sized rooms with pleasant, bright windows. She was going to get physical therapy, so she would have been well taken care of, I think. I know they had a physical therapy room; I guess you would consider that a gym. I visited the long-term care section, not the assisted living."

"They cared for my Mother and did the best they could. She was not an easy resident, but they treated her with professionalism and loving care. My brother and I appreciate everything that they did for her. Nursing, dietary, housekeeping, therapy and the management staff went above and beyond to help make her staff a good experience. "

"Regency Place was a superb home for seniors. The staff was very friendly, helping residents in a swift and caring manner. They took the effort to make the experience of residents a pleasant one, and to make visits by family amiable. They even took the time to try to have a personal relationship with the residents and their families. If there were questions or concerns by residents or their family, they were listened to and taken care of in a very professional and thoughtful manner. There were always events planned for the residents to participate in, from holiday parties to bingo games. The facility was also clean as compared to other facilities my family has visited. Staff and volunteers made sure to make the environment clean and healthy for the residents. There were also professional dietitians and nurses on the premises to make sure that all health related issues with the residents and/or their diets were attended to. "

The dining room staff are so kind and introduced my parents to other people.
