Chalet of Niles

My mom is a resident of Chalet of Niles and we liked the Chalet very much. We like the staff. My mom is 89 and we have been having problems as far as her healthcare is concerned. She has the propensity of bawling and her needs have increased. But the staff, the people there, are very caring. They did really well during the pandemic. The food is good. I like the administrator, and so does my mom. It is not bad; it is actually really good. Her room is nice. It is an older facility, but they keep up on it. They just now started back up with activities. They were doing activities during the pandemic, things like hall bingo, connecting with all the residents, and they did well for being in the middle of a pandemic. Now she is able to go to the dining room, she is able to join in the activities if she wishes. She loves bingo, and so they play a lot of that. She is also the resident council president. I can't say enough about the Chalet of Niles. I think they are very professional, caring, and loving human beings.
