Went into there a stage 2 pressure ulcer. Few weeks later was calling 911 , transferred by EMS to Grace Hospital. Surgery to remove infection and am bed bound and dying due to chronic osteomyelitis infection I contracted at Willow Ridge.

The facility was clean. Residents looked happy and cared for. Administrator was nice. Admissions department was kind and knowledgeable. I reviewed menu and food looked good. Activities calendar was nice.

My father was there for short term rehab. He was very well cared for and the staff were nice and attentive to his needs. He had a spacious private room that was clean. Food was good. The Therapist we're great. We would choose them again.

My uncle has been a patient in Willow Ridge, his health has continually declined while being in this facility. I went to visit him last month and could tell he was thirsty/dehydrated. He has fell and been transported back to the hospital three times; each time he's been in the hospital, he's gotten better. Then they've sent him back to Willow Ridge, where he has had setbacks. Don't put your loved one in this facility.

My aunt was here for rehabilitation within 2 weeks she had 3 falls and had to be taken back to hospital due to staff leaving her unattended knowing the left side of her body was paralyzed. All the nurses said the right things but there was no follow through. I would recommend leaving a patient alone in woods before I placed them here.
