The one thing that I would say about Fletcher was that it was quite hilly. If you went into the place where you needed wheelchair or something like that, going around the independent living side would be a little difficult, but if you went into the assisted living, then you were fine. The housing itself was excellent. I liked that they had a lot of sunlight. The building as a whole was brighter with natural sunlight. As far as the independent living facility, other than the fact that it was silly, was a little difficult to go around, and had a lot of corners, I would rate it a 5.

I was not too impressed with Fletcher Park Inn. They did not have a clubhouse. This particular place had just rooms in the apartment building where they could play games and have parties and so on. In addition to that, there was a very busy street right in front of it. Also the activities, like swimming and exercise, were in the separate building across the street, so that wasn't impressive at all. The rooms were very good. That part was fine. Everything looked neat and clean.
