Even before I entered the facility I was impressed. The parking lot guard was professional and cordial as well as the front desk security guard. The front lobby and hall to the elevators are clean and quiet. Upstairs the floor was quiet, clean and professionally run. I was greeted warmly by the nurse at the desk and promptly directed me to my relative's room. The room is clean and spotless and has closets for personal belongings. My relative enjoys, crafts, arts, karaoke, bingo, movies (Roku, Hulu, Netflix), outdoor patio time, delicious meals, and talking with new friends. I am well pleased with this whole facility. My brother has been telling me how well he's been progressing and healing and how he's been enjoying his rehabilitation time here. Thank you so much for caring so much and well for my brother.

Will not stop calling me every single day at 4:32pm to tell me that tthey have 0 cases of covid when I have repeatedly asked to remove my number from their call list. I do not have any family there. I will be contacting the FCC to file a complaint

worst care

Two weeks ago my dad was send there from the hospital to get rehab because he was so weak. My dad ask to go to the hospital because he was having problems breathing they told it waa not a emergency, they didn't send him to his family started calling up there and dampened that he go to the hospital.. an because they send they told his oxygen level an breathing was ok that he didn't need to go.. but when he made to the hospital his oxygen level was low.. his kidney are doing bad as well 3 years ago he had a kidney transplant i don't believe they was giving him the medicine.. so now my dad is on a ventilator to help him breathe. They neglected my dad don't ever seen your love ones there they are the worsted... all they care about is a check not the patient's.n.

I would like to express my gratitude to the staff at Highland Care. On July 5, 2019 my mom was transferred from the hospital to Highland Care and the care my mom required and requires is given to her by each and everyone involved. What a difference a year makes with the care my mom has received today she’s well and content.

This a beautifully newly renovated facility. From the moment I walked in everyone was smiling and so kind. There was an art show going on at the time and all of the staff were the judges and they were picking out their favorite piece of artwork that the residents created. It was extremely heart warming to see how proud the residents were of their artwork! I told the woman giving the tour of the facility that I was so impressed with Highland Care Center that I had to write a review!!!

My mom was placed at Highland Care Center. It was a nightmare. Nobody cared. My mom had a feeding tube, but they never changed or cleaned it. She also had a PICC line, but they never changed the dressing. At the end, my mom had to be taken to the hospital because the feeding tube got infested. It had a big infection. It happened under their care, so I was very disappointed with them. Highland Care Center is a terrible place. They would bring the food, but they would not feed my mom. I did try their food, and it was not very good. And every time I went there, my mom was sitting in a bed of feces or urine. They did have activities, but they didn't encourage anyone.
