This place is terrible! My mother was in there for stroke rehabilitation. She asked several times to get in her bed and was ignored. She was not feeling well! She had another stroke and fell out of her wheel chair face first onto the ground and broke her teeth! Nurses they started paper work to send her to the hospital via wheel chair van! I called an ambulance and sent them to her room! The head nursed called me and stated that she was doing her job and I should have minded my damn business!!!

Hawthorn Health Multicare Center is phenomenal! Everybody there are nice and polite. And I just talked to their physical therapist, they are always positive about everything! Pushing always their patients for the better. And they don’t let their patients dine in their own room. They encourage their residents to dine in the hall to socialize, get to know other and interact. And that is something my grand-dad needs. Very nice place and very nice people!
