Life Spire Assisted Living-Albuquerque looks really nice. They keep the inside immaculate, and the people that work there take good care of my mom. I haven't tried the food yet, my sister did, and she said that the meals are really good. They have a sitting area for the people to eat, and there is another sitting area for people to watch TV and talk to each other. There is an outside patio area, where they take the residents out and do activities with them. They have really good activities. They play bingo and different games.

Life Spire Assisted Living - Albuquerque was clean and cheerful. The staff was very friendly. The residents seemed happy and the facility was very nice. Ryan, the manager, took the time to answer my questions and was very engaging and knowledgeable. It was just after breakfast, so they hadn't started their activities for the day yet. I'm not sure what activities specifically that they have. I liked the variety of options that they had for residents as far as room configurations. I like the fact that they have onsite laundry facilities, a hair salon, and those kinds of things available. It was a little bit older than the second facility that I saw.

Life Spire Assisted Living - Albuquerque was a very nice place. What I liked best is the 24/7 assistance and that food is available whenever the residents want it. My stepfather has fallen a couple of times, so they would be able to do something with that right away for his medical emergencies. I'm mainly looking at assisted living, but I believe memory care would probably be good for him with his dementia. They seemed to be very attentive to the residents and aware of what the problems each one has and everything. The staff greeted several residents and helped out a couple while we were touring. He was very attentive to not just me giving my tour, but to everybody that came around. They seemed to have a lot, including television, food, medical care, bathrooms, and stuff like that. They seemed to have rooms available for every level of assistance. You're not paying for too much or too little and not getting enough care.

Thankful the nurse Carmen calls every week and gives us updates. They take awesome care of our mother and blessing to all the workers. We are grateful. Best place and very understanding workers. I recommend this place.

My mom has already moved in to Life Spire Assisted Living. It's just the best all-around and the best from the ones we looked at. The price is right, and the amount of care they give is right. They have assisted living, but it also touches memory care. She's only been there a couple weeks now, but it seems to be going well. The staff is very nice, and she said the food is great. I can't go in because of COVID, but from the outside, it's good. The layout looked great, and everything that I saw was clean.

You can't do any tour of any place at Life Spire Assisted Living Albuquerque. You just look in from the outside, but I liked it. It was very nice and clean, and they're very careful about COVID. I met the gentleman that's in charge of the unit, and he's very nice and respectful. The place was very different from traditional housing; it looked very Hispanic or Spanish. The staff was really nice.

I didn't really like Life Spire Assisted Living Albuquerque. The place wasn't big or clean enough. It smelled like urine. It was more expensive and didn't seem like a good fit.

My mother has only been here a short time and I feel the staff and management have been nothing but kind to my mother in this short time frame. There are activities regularly to help residents get out and socialize. Friends were made first day by my Mom. Her dietary needs are met with an eager attitude to please. Medications are given to her as directed and that is an important thing I appreciate. A Dr. and nurse check on her to make sure her health is at an even keel. I feel the owner is eager to please and wants the best for all of the community staying here. Her view of the patio and the fountain from her room is so relaxing as well. I do recommend them to anyone looking for a good place and good care

My father was a resident at Life Spire on Wyoming and Oakland from the time they first opened in 8/2016, until he passed away. We chose Life Spire because of it’s smaller size, hoping the care would be more personal. We were not disappointed, as the care he received at Life Spire was outstanding. The staff responded quickly to all alarms, and often just stopped by his room to say “hello,” and check on him. As a physician, I was impressed with how responsible the staff was with administering medications. The view of the Sandia Mountains from the dining area and many of the rooms is beautiful. The food is excellent, and family members are welcomed at the table. During my father’s last days, the staff did all they could to care for not just him, but all of us too. I can’t speak highly enough of the Life Spire staff at the northeast location. By the time my father passed away, we considered so many of the staff to be friends. We will forever be grateful for the care they gave my father at Life Spire.

We checked this one story facility, residential setting facilities and a multi-story apartment facility. Life Spire met our needs with its hands-on care, sparkling new and fully modern assisted care facility. My mom will get the attention she will require as Alzheimer's claims more of her memory. Carol Lynn who manages and owns the property with her husband is a knowledgeable and caring individual and I have no hesitation moving my mother here.

Life Spire on High Assets was nice, but I didn’t like it as much as others. They had a ratio of 1:7 nurse to patients. I didn’t like the layout, but the views from the apartment windows were beautiful because you got the view of Sandia Mountain. It was gorgeous. The location was really close to my house. The staff was wonderful, very easy to get along with, and very knowledgeable. Everybody was well trained and responded when they heard an alarm. It was very nice. I think they just need more outdoor space. Security was awesome.

Life Spire has a very nice setting and a homey feel to it. The entrance was very clean. The personnel were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a nice size and clean. It was decorated very nicely. The dining room looked pretty spacious. Their food was home-cooked, and they have a nutritionist that plans the meals for the residents.

My father lived at Lifespire West Side for 18 months. We felt the small number of residents (about 12) was perfect for his needs. Due to his dementia, he often presented special needs. The staff got to know him very well and always tried to accommodate those needs. We always felt welcome as family members to visit any time. They respected his dignity and cared for him until the day he passed away. We are thankful for the dedication of the owners at LifeSpire and thankful he got to stay "at home" until the day he passed. I would recommend LifeSpire to any family looking for a smaller, caring home like environment.

We chose Life Spire because of its location. The food and staff are great. It has been nice seeing the same people since my relative has been there. There's not a constant turnaround in staff. I haven't seen them do a lot of activities, though, but overall we're happy.

We have already placed my mother at Life Aspire. We chose this community because it wasn't as large as some of the other ones I went to and it wasn't a residential facility. It was of medium size and they take up to 20 residents. I just felt that my mother was going to get a little bit more specialized care there. My overall experience with the staff has been very positive so far. They make you feel very comfortable and they take care of whatever you need. The rooms are very nice. We have seen quite a few and they are very personalized. They allow you to go in and do whatever you want to make the residents feel at home and comfortable. Every morning, they take them out and they do little exercises outside. They have different little art projects once every week. They also put all the women in the dining room once every two weeks and they give them little manicures to make them feel really special. Their food is very good and very nutritious. I tried to go at different times for different meals and everybody is just enjoying their meals. As a whole, I just like the overall feeling of this place -- they make you feel right at home. They make you feel that this is your parent's home and you are allowed to go at any time without restrictions.
