Arbor Terrace Teaneck seemed a very well-run, clean, friendly, and positive community. I've heard good things about it from friends who have parents living there. It's very attractive and very beautifully landscaped. It's right next to a nice private walking path. I saw the menus. The staff seemed very competent and caring.

Arbor Terrace Teaneck is physically appealing in an attractive setting. The apartment that I'm going into seems comfortable with a nice view. It also offers meals and housekeeping services, and the price seems reasonable. The apartment that I will be living in seems attractive, and it is very close to an outdoor sitting area that is also very attractive. Although it's open to everybody, it's a small area. It's almost like having your own private terrace. It seems like a relaxing place to live. The apartment itself is the most appealing part. The people that take you around seemed like first class professionals. They have a beautiful exterior. It is like a park.

I came to Heritage Pointe the second week of November. I highly recommend this place. I'm very happy here. I'm here for almost four weeks now and already I'm part of a family. I'm very comfortable. I have a beautiful apartment and I'm quite satisfied with it. The help is absolutely phenomenal. There is a handyman here that jumps when you call him. This facility provides meals too. I've talked with people who have been here for a few months, for a year, for three to four years, etc., and they are all very happy.
