My father is in La Paula at Main. They're wonderful there. We're very happy. We chose it mainly from recommendations from a friend. We have friends whose moms were there. It's a small facility. There are only 15 rooms. They're very attentive, really thorough, wonderful, and very communicative. They let us know everything that we need to know. It's very easy to get a hold of them. They did everything they could to customize and make it perfect for him. He has his private room. There's a little community room. It's fairly easy to go see him, but we have to make an appointment because of COVID. They're very particular about their policies. There are a couple of people that I've dealt with. Lynn, the director, is wonderful. She's very easy to speak to and get a hold of. She gets things taken care of. There's Chuck who does the tours and also, makes the appointments for visitors. A couple of the aides that work directly with dad are wonderful. They care, they speak to him wonderfully, and they made sure that he was getting food that he likes because they were having trouble getting him to eat when he first arrived. He's just doing so much better since he's been there. It's all memory care.
