I toured Sunrise at Fleetwood. The facility looked comfortable. They were all good. We went into a room, and then we toured the place. The community layout looked nice. The grounds looked nice. That's one thing that we liked about it because it was like on a nice property. The grounds and everything looked nice.

I definitely like the environment at Sunrise at Fleetwood, and the ability for the people to be able to go outside and enjoy the surrounding environment if the climate would allow them. Indoor is definitely very high-end quality living too. It didn't feel like a facility, it felt like somewhere where someone could feel that this was their home. The dining area appeared very, very high quality, and comfortable. For the living quarters, if the person had to share a room, there was adequate space for two people to be in one living area. They have activities and more one-to-one interaction with the person that would help them with memory care. The private rooms were very comfortable. It wasn't just a hospital bed, it was a regular bed, a closet, and bathroom. Very comfortable and much more at home feeling than in a nursing facility. Everyone appeared to be genuinely very nice, but when it came down to how I would be able to afford it, they kind of mentioned very emphatically that they were private and would not be able to accommodate me at all since my mom only had Medicaid. The place was very beautiful though.

My uncle will be moving into Sunrise at Fleetwood. I thought it was a very nice setting. We like the facility and the size of the room. The staff was very friendly. The facility was modern-looking and beautiful. The staff members were friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us a lot of information. The dining area looked very nice and quite lovely. They have special meals. Their menu is pretty nice, and I think it was good. They have services like barbershops on site. They have transportation. The grounds are very beautiful. It's well-manicured. It has lots of flowers and trees.

Sunrise at Fleetwood was a very comforting place. It was like a home away from home kind of thing. The place was very clean. The staff was very nice. The rooms were nice, too. They showed us the common areas, the bistro place where the residents can have snacks, and the main dining room. Everything was very nice and clean.

I went to Sunrise at Fleetwood. Based on my visit, it was extremely clean. Everyone was very pleasant, it looked like they had a lot of activity for their residents there, and that's great. The rooms looked spacious. It was around Mother's Day, they had a wall for them to take selfies or take pictures, so I thought that it was really nice to have things set up for them. I saw a room where they could play games. I saw a room where if they wanted to have something special for guests, they could do that. I saw where they had a room with books in it, a room where they had televisions in there, where they could watch movies. They had a movie night, and I saw the daily activities for them, and then the group activities.

My mother has moved into Sunrise at Fleetwood. It was close to where my mother was living before, so she would be able to still visit with friends and things like that. They were just very nice when I went to visit. The staff has been amazing, and her room seems fine. I have nothing to compare it to, but it's a good room. I can't speak about their activities because she has only been there for a day. They have a lot of activities, but that wasn't my concern in trying to get her there. It was more for the care that she would receive. It seems like a very nice place. I don't have much experience with them, but so far it's been a very good experience.

We saw a two-bedroom at Sunrise at Fleetwood. It was nice. They talked about how you can share a room if you'd like with another resident. Typically, it's family members that do that, to lower the cost. The woman who took us around was very knowledgeable, very energetic and excited about the facility, and very forthcoming about what to expect there. It's two levels. She was very informative. They had a library, a movie room where they had a larger screen TV, and gatherings. I was just disappointed that they didn't have any kind of religious affiliation.

I toured Sunrise at Fleetwood. The setting for this one was totally different. It was like being in a park setting. It was the most beautiful setting I've ever seen for any assisted living area. I would like to move there tomorrow. It was a beautiful setting and a beautiful thing. The rooms might have been a little bit smaller, but it was just a little bit of a smaller scale. The entire building may have been a little smaller, but the setting was just gorgeous. I would raise them through determination. The staff had similar problems in her family that my family's having with my disabled brother. She spoke to me like she knew where I was coming from. I think her name's Debbie. It seemed like it had much older people in it. My brother is only 68 and having to go to an assisted living is kind of tough. It was lovely and beautiful. The people were nice. Everything was just what I would want. I'm just not sure it's the right fit for him because he's so young. It's a little bit of a process for my family to go through this.

My uncle moved into Sunrise at Fleetwood. We chose it because of their ability to offer a high level of care, and they have a very warm and friendly atmosphere. The people who run the center were very easy to work with. It's a good value for the money that we're paying.

I went to Sunrise at Fleetwood. They had a two-bedroom and they were very accommodating. I saw a lot of activities going on. Like in the physical therapy room, I saw them working with patients. I saw that they had a hair salon open and there were people in there, which was a good, good thing. I saw the menu and I saw the food that was being distributed, and it looked good. The staff was very good and very explicit in the way that she was talking about things.

Does no one care that a resident is not eating or drinking? Does no one care to actually feed or help that resident get nourishment? Does the facility alert family members or allow us to hire an outside helper? The answer is a resounding NO with the resident being admitted to a hospital for extreme dehydration due to NEGLECT from this facility. Probably will get a routine form response that Sunrise wants to "hear" more...Walk away -- find somewhere else. Funny thing is -- this is their job, their organization's business to help your loved one!

If you love your loved ones, don't take them here. It is less an assisted living and more an independent living where you have to pay through the nose for sup-par service and little to no response. I was paying $1,000 a month for them to put in my father's hearing aids... they did not. When I had to write them, his care manager copped an attitude. Lai-Loni never returns phone calls or e-mails, but will call you when there is a problem no matter the circumstances. I had to call five times for someone to trim my father's finger nails (they took his nail clippers). I would tell people that he needed to be seen by the doctor, and the doctor would come and go without seeing him. I was called the day after my wedding and told to remove my father by the end of the day. I was charged until the end of the month. When I went back to pick up things for a room I was still paying for, they had already cleaned it out in order to flip it for the next victim. I was forced to wait while they scrounged for my father's possessions they had relocated without my permission. I was told not to pay and wait until a refreshed accounting came in, when it did, I was charged a late-fee that they didn't even have the decency to refund. No one talks to each other. No one listens to your concerns about the needs of your loved ones. It was simply the worst experience. This is after I spent almost $20k for 2 1/2 months of residency.

Sunrise at Fleetwood was beautiful, and the staff was delightful. I was invited for a meal, and they also invited me because they're having a Christmas party. It was very nice. The staff showed me a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom that were both beautiful, well-maintained, clean, and bright. It's not suitable for my parents at this time. I was very impressed with the facilities.

I visited Sunrise at Fleetwood, and I looked at the memory care unit. It's beautiful, the director was incredibly warm, and friendly, and the staff member who showed me around were very involved, friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, and caring. I was very impressed with the two people I interacted with. It was a very lively place and I was very impressed. They gave me a pie to take home, which was delicious. They have two dining areas, one for the assisted living, and one for memory care. The memory care is kind of like a home kitchen, there were under 30 people, and they have an open kitchen where they allow people to help. There was a resident who helped set up the table and wash the dishes. People can get their own food, and I thought it was a really good setup for people.

Sunrise at Fleetwood was very clean and accommodating. The residents seemed to be happy. The food looked good. The apartments were very nice, clean, and well maintained. Some were bigger than the others because they had different sizes, so some rooms were good for one person; some were better for two people. They were very bright and airy, so there was a lot of light coming in. The grounds were nice, and the location was very convenient to me.

Sunrise was very nice, they had flowers, but almost everybody was in wheelchairs and walkers, and I really don't like that kind of community. The woman who took me around was lovely, and she knew everybody which I was very impressed with, but I really wanted an up and running kind of place. The studio apartment was very nice, and it had everything you would need.

It was a truly wonderful experience. Everyone was so gracious. The facility is amazing The staff, Mses D Williams, K Vanhorn, D Fellippo, K Reid were very helpful and answered all my questions. I spoke to my Aunt about it and trying to convince her to come and see for herself. Fingers crossed. I'll keep you updated.

Sunrise at Fleetwood seemed real nice and very well organized. The layout appeared to be adequate. We spoke to one woman who told us about the place, and she took us around; she seemed nice. I know they had an elevator. The rooms were really nice. I saw a lady’s office which was nice, and we were shown the general common area. The facility seemed like it was definitely very clean, definitely nice, bright, and airy.

I liked Sunrise, I thought it was very nice, and the people were lovely there, but the location was too far. It seemed to have all the amenities someone would need, but it was not appropriate for what we needed. The dining area seemed nice.

I was very impressed with Sunrise at Fleetwood. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The place itself was very appealing. The dining area was fine, and the rooms were very nice. The only thing that I had a little problem with was the price. Otherwise, I would be very happy with it, if and when my husband might need it.

I like the location of Sunrise at Fleetwood. It was not quite as new; there were renovations going on when we were there. It looks like they do not have a lot of activities going on because there are a lot of residents but they were not engaged in any activity at the time of our visit. The rooms were nicely done and clean. The staff was really nice, I thought they were terrific. But I just think the building is not modern and new. The dining area was fine. I would recommend this facility.

Sunrise at Fleetwood was clean. The people working there were good people. I saw them working and taking care of the patients, and some of them were doing maintenance work; everybody was taking care of something. The room was big, nice, and clean. It was a very nice and very, very big facility.

Sunrise has been very nice. I know that when the time comes for my friend to go some place, it’s definitely on the list. The staff is very friendly, warm, welcoming, informative and supportive. It’s very efficient, very clean, bright and sunny. They’ve reached out to me and invited me out to a couple of events they had. It looked like they gave the residents a variety of physical and intellectual opportunities.

So far Sunrise at Fleetwood's staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean and cozy. They have a family-type atmosphere. The facility is well kept and clean. They are definitely suited towards patients who have early memory loss and that is the biggest reason why we chose it. They offer delicious food. Overall, they are excellent.

My brother is at Sunrise where he has been for the past 9 years. I like the care that he receives because he is at a level that needs intensive care. He fell and he can't bathe himself and put himself to bed. They have all kinds of activities. They have bingo, music mates and they go on trips.
